Experience

Debbie is a Certified Career Coach (CCC) and founder of Third Wave Career Coaching, located in Santa Cruz, CA. She provides career transition coaching to both private and corporate clients spanning a wide variety of industries including technology, food and beverage, agriculture and non-profit.

Debbie is uniquely qualified to assist clients in transition with over 20 years experience in corporate HR where she managed Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development functions as well as serving as an executive coach. Prior to opening her practice in 2009, she worked for Texas Instruments, Creative Labs, Sun Microsystems and Borland International.
